King Billy 2nd Deposit Bonus | Exclusive

1. These General Bonus Terms apply to all of our Promotions and Bonuses we offer you. Any individual promotion has specific terms which accompany those general ones.
Unless explicitly mentioned, if there is discrepancy or conflict between these General Bonus Terms and any specific promotional terms, then the specific promotional terms shall prevail. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Terms.

2. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, current account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill and etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

3. You need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before it and any winnings from it can be withdrawn:

3.1. if not specified otherwise, the bonuses have wagering requirements of 50x the initial bonus amount

3.2. if not specified otherwise, the winnings from Free Spins have wagering requirements of 40x the winnings amount

4. Players can only have one active bonus, at any one time. Our deposit bonuses are not cumulative.

5. You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.

6. The bonus is valid for 10 days after activation, unless otherwise specified. If the wagering requirements are not met in that time, the bonus balance (including the winnings from the initial bonus) will be removed from your balance.

7. There is a maximum amount which can be released from each Bonus into the Real balance. It means that any amount above that maximum will be removed. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amounts are as follows:

7.2. deposit bonus: 10x the bonus amount

7.3. Free Spins winnings: C$150

8. When you have an active Bonus you will start placing bets from your Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are only used once your Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.

9. Any bonus can be canceled before the wagering requirements are met. In that case the whole bonus amount (including the winnings from the bonus) will be removed.

10. You can request withdrawal before meeting the wagering bonus requirements. In this case the whole Bonus Balance will be removed and you will be able to withdraw only the amount your Real Balance.

13. Our Promotions and Bonuses are designed for entertainment purposes only. If the Bonus or deposited amount are not used for casual betting and playing, we will consider such actions as violation of the Terms and might withhold any winnings resulted from the Bonus and/or exclude the player from further promotions.

14. Any attempt of promotional abuse is strictly forbidden and will be treated as breach of Terms. If you are involved in such abuse we might void all promotions you participated in, void and confiscate all the winnings derived from them, and exclude you from all future promotions. Examples of such abusive behaviours but not limited only to those are:

14.1. storing value in games while playing with bonus funds, which value to be claimed later when there is no active bonus

14.2. playing with low or no risk strategies, such as covering over 65% of the numbers at a Roulette table

14.3. moving from games with low or no contribution towards bonus release to games with high contribution after a large win with the purpose of meeting the bonus release requirements.

14.4. if a Player attempts to wager their Casino bonus whilst their Real Money is locked in pending Sportsbook Bets

15. We reserve the right to exclude a Player from receiving any Bonus or Promotion at any time and based on our absolute discretion.

17. In case of discrepancy between the English version of the bonus terms and conditions and any translation of them, the version which is most beneficial to the player shall prevail.

DAILY FESTIVE FEAST

1. Each bonus can be claimed only on the respective day which in EDT means: from 18:01 on the previous day till 17:59 on the respective day.

2. Each Daily Bonus can be claimed automatically by selecting it while depositing and activating it from My Bonuses section.

3. The minimum required deposit amount can be seen on the respective Daily offer.

4. Each bonus has wagering requirements of 50x the bonus amount.

5. The max release amount from each bonus is 10x the bonus amount.

6. The Free Spins winnings have wagering requirements of 40x.

7. The max release amount from the Free Spins winnings depend on the number of Free Spins:

- below 70 Free Spins: C$80

- over 70 Free Spins: C$150

8. The wagering requirements need to be completed within 10 days from claiming the Bonus or Free Spins, otherwise the remaining bonus amount will be claimed.

General Bonus Rules

1. In order to claim a bonus, players must redeem a bonus code. Match bonus codes must be redeemed before making a deposit. If the bonus code does not redeem for any reason, Players may contact Customer Support for assistance.

2. If a Player redeems a bonus code, it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that all bonus terms and playthrough requirements are met in order to act upon an offer, otherwise the casino reserves the right to cancel the bonus. If a deposit is connected to a match bonus, then the wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms only apply to the bonus amount itself and not the full bonus balance. Canceling of a bonus results in all bonus money and winnings being removed from the Player's account and the deposit or part of the deposit that is left over will remain in the Player's cash balance.

3. Players may cancel a redeemed bonus code in the Cashier section of their account but only before the bonus is played on. Canceling the bonus code removes the bonus from the Player's account. If a Player cancels a redeemed match bonus code after making a deposit, the bonus will be canceled, and all bonus money will be removed from the Player's account. The deposit made to receive the bonus will remain in the Player's cash balance and general terms apply (the deposit only needs to be wagered once). Players will not be able to redeem a new match bonus code on this deposit.

4. Once player starts playing after redeeming a match code the deposit must be wagered as per the bonus terms and the bonus code can no longer be cancelled. If assistance is needed the Billing Department must be contacted, however it is the sole discretion of the Billing Department to determine if a cancellation may be granted. If a bonus is cancelled by the Billing Department, all bonus money and winnings will be removed from the Player's account and the deposit or part of the deposit that is left over will remain in the Player's cash balance, and general terms again apply.

5. Players cannot redeem additional bonus codes if they already have an active bonus. Promotional offers cannot be combined into one, should this or any other malfunctions occur at any time all winnings from such a bonus will be voided and the deposit or part of the deposit that is left over will remain in the Player's cash balance.

6. The maximum bonus amount received on all standard bonuses is $1,000, unless stated otherwise in terms.
